I used to work for the region's Young Offenders Team, then moved into the Probation Service about ten years ago. How do you feel about your work? On the whole, I feel good. I feel proud of the work I've done, and I know I've made a difference to a lot of lives. My colleagues are decent enough, and I'm doing a job I know inside out and back to front. But I've got this constant niggle in the back of my head. There's got to be more out there. Surely I've got more to offer and learn than this? What else can I do with my life? It's also a lot of hard slog, my job. It's tiring. I'd like to have a bit of fun for a change! What would you like to be doing instead? Well, I've actually just been accepted as a member of the cabin crew for a major airline, which is pretty cool. It's a very competitive process, and I made it through. I really like the idea of travelling, although I've not done much of it myself, so this would be a good way to do that.
